Returns & exchanges:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging
- Custom/personalised items (like magnetic photo frames) are final sale and can't be returned unless damaged or defective
- Return shipping costs are covered by us only in case of damage or our error; otherwise, it's on the customer
Refunds:
