Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Orders placed during sale periods or festive seasons may take an additional 7 days  to process due to higher volumes.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local restrictions beyond our control.

Fragile & Handmade Items

Many of our products (ceramics, mirrors, frames) are handmade and shipped with extra protective packaging. In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please refer to our [Damage & Breakage Policy] below.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp so you can follow your package in real time. You can also track your order [here] using your order ID and email.

Shipping Partners

We currently ship via Delhivery / Shiprocket-affiliated couriersto ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.

Areas We Currently Ship To

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. [We do not currently offer international shipping — but you're welcome to reach out at (info@theoddshelf.in) and we'll see what we can do!]

If your pincode is undeliverable, our team will contact you within [1–2 business days] to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, factors like weather, courier logistics, or regional restrictions may occasionally cause delays. We'll keep you updated via email if your order is significantly delayed.

Damage & Breakage Policy

If your order arrives damaged or broken:

  1. Please do not discard the packaging — we may need photos of it.
  2. Email us at [info@theoddshelf.com] within [48 hours] of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We'll arrange a [replacement / refund] at no extra cost to you.

Wrong or Missing Items
